The scores created by Matteo Nasini for the exhibition Grafomanie represent the graphic translation of the complex processes underlying some of his projects: Welcome Wanderer, Mediterranean Sonata, Sparkling Matter. In addition to the scores, some elements of these three projects are exhibited within the SUTURA space and the IFT (Istituto Fisicoterapico di Torino), chosen to introduce the artist’s work on the relationship between phenomena, perception, and linguistic research.

The translation of our sensitive intuitions into graphic signs is, for humans, at the basis of the desire to know and share their discoveries in order to relate to the world. With this exhibition, Nasini emphasizes the hypothesis of creating a visual and symbolic grammar capable of encoding and sharing the subjective perception of phenomena to which we listen.
