Matteo Nasini
THE ARTIST

Matteo Nasini

Matteo Nasini's research uses sound as material, in dialogue with other perceptual stimuli: visual, spatial, performative. Through sculptures, performances, embroideries, and sound installations, Matteo gives hypothetical forms to sound and attributes sounds to the 'invisible forms' that permeate everyday life. The emotional, empathetic, and relational dimension that connects people to the world in Nasini's work becomes form, drawing a possible trajectory through which to give volume, physicality, and voice to what we do not see, but which composes reality.
